My Process
Upon engagement, we start with a kick-off call to align on strategy and expectations. For the duration of the retainer, you've got dedicated time on my calendar, put toward whatever we've agreed matters most. With regular check-ins at an agreed cadence to stay aligned, and the work can shift as your priorities do.
If needed, the option to renew or extend the retainer period is available.

You have a new system to implement, a broken process that needs fixing or a CRM that was incomplete in setup. You need someone to get it fixed.
My Process
Upon engagement, we review the project to outline what the objective is. From there, I'll put together a custom quote for the project. Once aligned, I get to work and see it through completion.
